On this page - you will find general information that you will need as a volunteer for the Easter Egg Hunt in addition to detailed information for your overall shift.
For information on your specific area - please contact the appropriate leader. These are listed within the FAQs for each shift.

Thank you for serving at our E2 Easter Egg Hunt! Your time, flexibility, and heart for families help create a welcoming, safe, and joyful experience for everyone so that people far from God will be made alive in Christ.
When do i show up?
Your arrival time is solely based on the shift that you signed up for. Please refer to your email from Sign Up Genius to find more details about your particular shift and see some shift FAQs at the bottom of this page.
Please account for at least 15 minutes prior to your shift start to walk in from the Volunteer Parking Lot.
when do i get my easter shirt?
You can pick up your Easter Volunteer shirt on Sunday, 3/22 from during any service at E2 Church.
If you’re unable to pickup during this time, you will obtain it upon checking in on Saturday.
WHERE DO I PARK?
We want to give our guests an excellent experience, which includes providing preferred parking to them. All volunteers will be directed to park in the parking lot South of the football field off of Wolfpack Lane. Please refer to the image below on where to park.
where do i go when i arrive?
At the entrance to the event, go to the north west side of the football field to check-in. You will then be directed to your area after receiving your volunteer shirt.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Please bring a reusable water bottle. Snacks will be provided at the volunteer break area. Note: You will need to carry your water bottle on your person for the day.
If bringing a bag, please make sure it is something you’re okay with carrying all day as there will not be a secure place to store bags/items onsite.
Wear comfortable shoes, a hat, sunglasses & sunscreen.
what’s expected of me?
Our goal is to ensure everyone has an amazing experience and we represent the hands and feet of Jesus. Grace and care should be shown to all of our guests throughout the day.
In addition to our guests, our goal is that all of our volunteers have an amazing experience as well! If you’re feeling unwell or need a break, please communicate it to the leader of your area and we will make sure you’re taken care of!
EASTER TEAMS
Here you will find details on shift times & the teams supporting the Easter Egg Hunt.

There are 3 shifts for the teams below.
6:45AM - 11AM, 10:30AM - 2PM & 1:30PM - 4:30PM
Please allow at least 15 minutes to walk from the Volunteer Parking Lot to the Easter site so you can arrive on-time to your shift.

This team supports children and families by creating a calm, joyful, and inclusive environment.
General Guidelines

Station Duties
Special Needs Egg Hunt: Assist children and families, ensure a calm experience, and reset eggs as directed
Wheelchair-Accessible Hunt: Ensure accessible egg placement, assist with navigation, and maintain clear paths
Sensory Craft Table: Assist with crafts, manage supplies, and support sensory needs
Sensory Tunnel: Help children enter/exit, monitor flow, and offer reassurance
Sensory Obstacle Course: Guide children at their own pace and ensure safe equipment use

Duties
Volunteer Check-In: Check in volunteers, distribute shirts and name tags, issue volunteer pins, collect pins at shift end, confirm service completion, and thank volunteers
Dream Center Activities (Photos & Activities): Manage bunny photos, guide families, manage lines, restock supplies, and encourage participation
Bounce House Safety & Flow: Monitor safety, manage lines and capacity, and facilitate rotations

The Guest Experience Team creates a welcoming, safe, and memorable environment for every guest while setting the tone for hospitality and excellence.
General Guidelines
Greet every guest with warmth, kindness, and a servant’s heart
Be attentive, proactive, and ready to assist
Communicate clearly with team members and leaders
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
Answer questions or escort guests as needed
Station Duties
Volunteer Check-In: Welcome volunteers, check them in, direct them to assigned areas, and connect them with team leads as needed
Parking Patrol: Guide vehicles safely, greet guests, monitor traffic flow, and communicate via radios
Greeters: Welcome guests, provide directions, escort families, and help guests feel informed and comfortable
Grounds Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and safety in high-traffic areas
Walking Bunny Support: Escort the bunny, manage crowd flow and photo moments, and ensure guest safety
Guest Exit & Farewell: Thank guests for attending and offer warm goodbyes

General Guidelines
Greet kids and families with enthusiasm

Station Duties
Football Toss (2 Stations): Coach throws, retrieve footballs, reset targets, and manage lines
Basketball Game: Reset balls, encourage kids, celebrate participation, and keep lines moving
Temporary Tattoo Stations: Artist applies tattoos; helpers manage lines, restock supplies, and assist kids
Bean Bag Toss: Reset targets, explain rules, and manage turns
Magnetic Fishing Pools (2 Pools): Assist kids, reset fish, and manage crowd flow
Lawn Games Area: Foam/Safe Axe Throwing, Giant Connect Four, Ring Toss—reset pieces, explain rules, and ensure safe play
Bunny Petting Station: Support handlers, help children interact gently, manage hand-sanitizing, and control crowd flow

Role Summary
The EHQ Team supports volunteers by preparing and providing meals and refreshments throughout the event, helping ensure everyone is energized, cared for, and ready to serve.

Communicate clearly with team leads regarding supplies and timing
Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
Responsibilities
Prepare meals and refreshments for volunteers
Set up and maintain the volunteer food and beverage area
Monitor food levels and restock as needed
Serve volunteers with kindness and efficiency
Assist with cleanup, trash removal, and breakdown of the EHQ area

Sensory Stations provide a calm, supportive environment for children who benefit from sensory-friendly activities.
General Guidelines

Sensory Craft Table: Assist with crafts, manage supplies, and keep the area organized

station relief TEAM

10AM-1PM & 11AM-2PM

Role Summary
The Volunteer Station Relief Team provides short, scheduled breaks (approximately 20 minutes) for station volunteers to ensure everyone stays refreshed and stations remain fully staffed.
General Guidelines
Be flexible, dependable, and ready to step in where needed
Follow all station-specific rules, safety guidelines, and flow procedures
Communicate clearly and respectfully with station volunteers and team leads
Transition smoothly to maintain uninterrupted station operations
Responsibilities
Report to the designated team lead for assignments and instructions
Relieve station volunteers for approximately 20 minutes, covering all station duties
Maintain safety, guest engagement, and proper station flow
Communicate clearly with the relieved volunteer upon their return
Move promptly to the next assigned station when directed
EASTER EGG HUNT TEAM

This team helps create a fun, safe, and organized egg hunt experience while supporting setup, facilitation, cleanup, and volunteer relief.
General Guidelines

Setup & Clean-Up Duties
Set up the egg hunt area
Distribute and reset eggs
Clean up eggs and supplies after each hunt and at event close
Egg Hunt Facilitation (12:00 PM & 2:00 PM)

Assist children and families
Tear Down Team Details
